ประโยชน์ของหลักสูตร
  • เพียบพร้อมไปด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการฝึกอบรมภาคปฏิบัติ ( ร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ Vatel, ห้องครัวสาธิต, บาร์, การจัดการห้องพัก)

Objectives
  • 1) To produce graduates in the field of hotel management who can work domestically and internationally whilst responding to the labour needs of the hospitality industry.
  • 2) To equip graduates with leadership, visionary, creativity, integrity, flexibility to work in various business circumstances under the rapid change of environment.
  • 3) To produce knowledgeable graduates who are well equipped with virtues, ethics and social responsibility.
  • 4) To enhance the exchange of knowledge and experience from different cultures leading to more understanding and cooperation in the future.

  • PLO1 Explain operational knowledge and practice in the hospitality business.
  • PLO2 Apply managerial knowledge and entrepreneurship in the hospitality business.
  • PLO3 Select suitable and creative solutions to operational problems in hospitality industry.
  • PLO4 Apply a high level of business communication standard (written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills) for any project related to the hospitality industry.
  • PLO5 Demonstrate interpersonal skill and effective ways of communication with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • PLO6  Demonstrate professional and ethical manner, and practice hospitality-defined work ethics
  • PLO7 Demonstrate a good teamwork and express roles in the workgroup appropriately to effectively work in a diverse world.

การบริหารจัดการมุ่งเน้นไปที่การพัฒนาทักษะทางอุตสาหกรรมขั้นสูง เพื่อให้ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษามีความสามารถทัดเทียมระดับสากล เพื่อตอบสนองต่อการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องของอุตสาหกรรมนี้ ซึ่ง Vatel ได้มีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องและมั่นคงเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมนักศึกษาสำหรับทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุตสาหกรรมและผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความสามารถพร้อมแข่งขันได้ในทุกภาคส่วนของการบริการและการท่องเที่ยว

Requirement

การศึกษา

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาหรือเทียบเท่าจากโรงเรียนหรือสถาบันการศึกษาที่ได้รับการรับรอง หรือสำเร็จการศึกษาจากระบบ GED, NZQA, GCSE, IGCSE, GCE ระดับ “A” หรือ “AS” และ IB.

ภาษาอังกฤษ

ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษที่มีคะแนนขั้นต่ำจากการสอบ TOEFL แบบ CBT = 193 คะแนน (แบบ ITP = 543 คะแนน / แบบ IBT = 72 คะแนน)

Study Plan

ปีที่ 1

นักศึกษาเรียนหลักสูตรวิชาการทั่วไป พร้อมกับการเรียนรู้หลักพื้นฐานของการบริการและภาคปฏิบัติ

ปีที่ 2

นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 จะได้เรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์ของการจัดการการดำเนินงานในอุตสาหกรรมการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว โดยจะได้รับการสอนทักษะการสื่อสารและความรู้สำหรับการใช้งานในชีวิตประจำวันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริการ

ปีที่ 3

นักศึกษาจะได้เข้าร่วมในหลักสูตรที่มุ่งเน้นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานในด้านการบริหารและการจัดการธุรกิจ หลักสูตรจะนำเสนอการจัดการโรงแรมในเชิงลึกมากขึ้น

ปีที่ 4

ในปีสุดท้าย นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้กลยุทธ์การวิจัยควบคู่ไปกับกระบวนการบริหารธุรกิจ และการวางแผนพัฒนาองค์กรระยะยาว
